Why take a chance on not being covered in the event that one or both of your instruments were to malfunction? When you chose your technology, you made an excellent decision. You now have the opportunity to make another good choice by extending the warranty period for your hearing instruments. Don't risk missing a moment of all that life has to offer.

Coverage

This Plan provides for the repair of your hearing instrument to normal operating condition, or for its replacement, after it has failed due to:

  • a defect in materials and/or workmanship
  • dust
  • humidity
  • normal wear and tear
  • power fluctuations/surges

Term of Coverage

All Plan coverage commences after the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty and will expire either one (1) or two (2) years thereafter as notated on your purchase receipt.

General Exclusions

This Plan does not cover repairs or replacements necessitated by accidental or intentional physical damage; condensation; fire; viruses; loss or theft; spilled liquids; insect infestation; rodents; misuse; abuse; altered or missing serial numbers; rust damage caused by non-authorized repair personnel; lost consumable parts such as, but not limited to, accessories, attachments, or any other parts or materials which are designed to be consumed during the life of the hearing instrument, cosmetic damage, problems due to improper and/or non-factory authorized installation or repairs, consequential or incidental damages, including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of business, loss of profits, down-time and charges for time and effort, costs related to any service request which results in customer education replacement covered by any other warranty, service agreement, or insurance policy in effect at the time of the failure, damages to the product while in the course of transit, delivery or redelivery, "Acts of God", malfunctions caused by changes to the ear, or changes in the ear canal that may result in, but not limited to, remaking or recasing due to a poor or improper fit, failures, or parts and/or labor cost incurred as a result of a manufacturer's recall, personal or bodily injury or sickness due to the use of the hearing instrument(s), any medical charges including, but not limited to, those incurred in connection with the implanting or explanting or hearing instrument(s).

Manufacturer's Responsibilities

Parts and services covered during the manufacturer's warranty period are the responsibility of the manufacturer.

Cancellation

This plan shall be cancelled by us for fraud or material misrepresentation, including, but not limited to, commercial or rental use. Unauthorized repair or replacement of covered equipment shall result in the cancellation of this plan by us. In the event of cancellation by us, written notice of cancellation shall be mailed to you no less than sixty (60) days before cancellation is effective. This plan may be cancelled by you at any time for any reason by emailing, mailing or delivering to us notice of cancellation:

  • (a) within thirty (30) days of the receipt of this plan, you shall receive a full refund of the price paid for the plan provided no service has been performed, or after thirty (30) days, you will receive a pro rata refund, less the cost of any service received.
  • Renewable: This plan is not renewable.
  • No Cancellation Fees: There are no cancellation fees.
  • No Deductibles: There are no deductibles
  • Transferable: This plan is non-transferable

  • Our no-hassle warranty provides you peace of mind should your system fail outside of the original manufacturer's warranty.
  • Repairs are performed by experienced technicians.
  • The extended repair warranty covers normal wear and tear repairs. Loss and accidental damage are not covered under the extended.
